The EQWIP HUBs Human Resources Advisor will work with staff and local partner organizations to develop and strengthen the project platforms that support youth to access employment and business opportunities. You will have the chance to collaborate with the EQWIP HUBs Network to identify and develop solutions to overcome local barriers to employment/ entrepreneurship.

The Human Resources Advisor will support the partner organization to strengthen human resources management and build the staff capacity in relation to Labour Regulations and existing HR strategies, policies and procedures.

KEY ACTIVITIES
  • Support the partner organization in developing effective systems for human resource development;
  • Support the partner organization to develop a Recruitment Strategy for their organization;
  • Support the partner organization to develop a Performance Management plan and performance tools for assessment and evaluation of staff;
  • Support the partner organization to develop an emergency protocol and identify local resources to support implementation;
  • Work with the partner organization to update staff Terms of Reference (ToRs) to reflect responsibilities;
  • Assist the partner organization to develop staff capacity building strategy;
  • Research and identify Indonesian Labour Rights for salary and pay grades to ensure conformity to requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or related field or relevant educational background or experience/ certification.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in a human resources or business development role.
  • Ability to assess and develop human resources policies and procedures.
  • Experience improving and/or developing business processes and human resources policies for an organization.
  • Strong understanding of Business and/ or Human Resources principles and processes.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
