Long-term Volunteer Positions

The EQWIP HUBs 7+ months volunteer positions are designed for experienced young Canadians looking to grow professionally and personally and apply their skills in a new job, city and country for a year.

Short-term Volunteer Positions

The EQWIP HUBs 3-6 months positions are designed for young Canadians professionals who want to take on high-energy, short-term global position with a long-term impact.

If you can think analytically and act with resilience in complex and sensitive environments, challenge yourself and apply for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. You’ll collaborate in a focused role to help youth around the world access employment and take charge of their own futures.

The EQWIP HUBs Youth Leadership Teams offer students and recent graduates the opportunity to have a life-enriching experience that will bring them back to Canada equipped with the kind of job skills that open doors.

If you enjoy working collaboratively and problem solving and are looking to gain global experience, then this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. Youth Leadership Team members partner with like-minded youth to create global connections, ultimately making HUBs lively, energized, knowledge-driven and youth-friendly spaces.

Living Overseas and Volunteering with EQWIP HUBs

More than just a volunteer position, EQWIP HUBs offers you a life changing experience.

Immersive Living

EQWIP HUBs volunteers will live overseas in the heart of local communities, using part of their monthly allowance to cover their accommodations, on their own or in a shared setting.

Compensation

As an EQWIP HUBs volunteer, you will receive international travel, and a modest stipend to help cover daily costs including meals, transportation and communication.

Safety is our top priority, and an in-depth orientation, the support of local and Canadian staff, and an extensive medical and security insurance package will ensure your health, safety and security.
