Start Date: July 2016
For volunteers who: have a passion for youth focused programs, peer to peer learning and taking a participatory approach to building skills and knowledge.

Eligibility:

• 21-35 years old
• Canadian Citizen / Permanent Resident

Key Activities:

• Support youth recruitment activities
• Supports Training Manager
• Coordinate and support core and tertiary training activities
• Support data collection activities for M&E
• Coordinate and support outreach/awareness raising activities
• Coordinate and promote events

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilitation, training or youth engagement
• Experience working in context of community development, social development or youth focused programming
• Facilitation: comfortable leading participatory education experiences for young people.
• Coordination: Ability to coordinate, organize and support the development of new products for young people
• Working ability in Spanish
