Are you looking for an opportunity to build the skills needed to find work, or launch a new enterprise? EQWIP HUBs in Bolivia, Ghana, Indonesia, Peru, Senegal and Tanzania offers a range of incubator programs for youth and a variety of special opportunities for young women. Explore our programs below.

Employment and Work Experience Program

The Employment and Work Experience Program will help you to learn about your unique skills and abilities, and how to use those skills to find a job. Through the comprehensive 3 month program you will be provided an opportunity to practice the skills that local job markets are seeking, and gain the confidence to find and secure employment. The program has been designed in collaboration with local industry in each region to ensure the skills and lessons are relevant.

Entrepreneurship Incubator

Do you dream of launching your own business, but need help making it a reality? The EQWIP HUBs Entrepreneurship Incubator program will deliver the skills, knowledge, networks and support needed to transform an idea into a functioning business.

You will explore local market opportunities, and develop a business plan to match your skills and passions. Your world will expand with links to peer mentors, business development support, and opportunities to apply for a grant from the Youth Innovation Fund for business startup. The Entrepreneurship Incubator is highly competitive.

Open Opportunity Program

EQWIP HUBs are shaped by local youth, and our programs respond to what you want to learn.

The Open Opportunity Program is a series of smaller courses that respond to local youth needs at each EQWIP HUB, by providing a platform to practice the skills and abilities young people want to gain to strengthen their own livelihoods. Open Opportunity courses may include introductions to entrepreneurship, financial literacy and personal budgeting, networking, digital literacy and collaborative/group business.
